A solid mix of both strength training and cardio intervals that will encourage you to lift heavy while getting the heart pumping throughout the entire session in order to maximize your time spent in the gym.

FRIDAY 
6:30-7:15am

This class gets your heart pumping and sweat dripping like no other. Combining muscular endurance, power and cardiovascular endurance this 45 minute full body workout will torch serious calories and challenge your body every time.

LET'S LIFT

MONDAY & WEDNESDAY

Improve your posture and strengthen your core. This workout is designed to help you achieve a long, lean center while increasing your flexibility and balance.

TUESDAY & THURSDAY
7:15-8:15am

Let's Lift is a strength circuit class. You can expect a total body workout  using a variety of different equipment. You will be encouraged to push your limits and step outside your comfort zone in the gym.

This full body muscle burner combines lower weights and higher reps. This will get your heart pumping and improve your overall endurance. A great way to start the day outside!

Busy day? Need a quick workout during lunch? This class is for you! A 45min lift focusing on all major muscle groups. A quick sweat leaving you feeling refreshed for the rest of the day!
