A solid mix of both strength training and cardio intervals that will encourage you to lift heavy while getting the heart pumping throughout the entire session in order to maximize your time spent in the gym.

This class gets your heart pumping and sweat dripping like no other. Combining muscular endurance, power and cardiovascular endurance this full body workout with torch serious calories and challenge your body every time.

This fun and social class is for older adults looking to improve their muscular strength and energy levels in a safe environment. The exercises are low impact and also designed to help strengthen balance, posture and core muscles.

This strength training circuit class provides a total body workout every time using a variety of different equipment. You will be encouraged to push your limits and step outside your comfort zone and build the strong body you desire.

This class is for disciplined athletes of all abilities who want to improve their speed, strength, agility and cardio conditioning. The workouts will be tailored to level and individual ability using a variety of exercises and equipment. With an overall focus on developing confidence and athleticism, youth athletes will be ready for their next season. For ages 10-17.
